Some states ask for Gusto’s info to give us Third-Party Access (TPA).
Before you use the general agent details below
Check your state’s rules first. Some states have special steps for setting up TPA.
To check:
- Go to the State tax registration and resources section of our Help Center.
- Find and click your state’s article titled [State] registration and tax info.
- Open the dropdown called "Giving Gusto TPA" or "How to authorize Gusto with [State] agencies".
- If more than one agency is listed, choose the one that applies to you.
Only use the general info below if your state article does not list TPA details.
