                  What it does
  - Track important company dates directly in your Gusto account.
- The primary administrator decides what employee information is visible to others.
Important reminders
  How to view the Gusto calendar in your account  How to view the calendar in Gusto:
  - In the top-right corner of Gusto, click the Calendar icon (next to your name).  - A snapshot of the current month appears.
 
- Use the arrows to move between months.
- Click an event icon to see details.
    Events you might see (for admins)  You cannot customize the calendar with your own events.
 (*) Event visibility depends on admin permissions. If you cannot see an event, ask your primary admin to update your permissions.
 Events you might see on the Gusto calendar
  - Payroll deadlines* (for US payroll)
- Pay dates (for US payroll)
- Estimated pay dates (for non-US payroll)
- Holidays  
- Co-workers’ out-of-office days
- Co-workers’ birthdays and work anniversaries*
- Co-workers’ start dates*
- Customer anniversaries*
- Non-US Employer of Record (EOR) invoicing dates for:  - Pre-funding invoice
- Reconciliation invoice
 
- Pending time off requests*  - For non-US employees: You'll see pending and approved time off requests.
 
    Events US employees can see  US employees can view the following in their Gusto calendar:
  - Scheduled pay dates
- Teammates’ birthdays and anniversaries
- Teammates’ approved time off (shown as “out of office”)
Note: Non-US employees and all contractors do not see Gusto calendar events.
