Summary
Employees can learn how to leave a birthday message for colleagues (if admins invite them first)
		Content
Administrators can invite employees to sign a birthday card for a coworker. For now, we do not support inviting contractors to sign birthday cards.
- Admins can see a list of employee birthdays by running an employee summary report.
- Team members who do not want to share their birthday with coworkers can learn how to hide it in their profile.
Sign a birthday card
- Check your email for an invite from your employer. - If you did not get the email, confirm your email address listed in Gusto, and look in your spam folder.

- Click Sign the card in the email.
- Write your birthday message—you cannot edit it once it's posted.
- Your message and profile photo will be visible to others who can see the card.
- Click Post.
Your message will be added to the card and shared with your teammate on their birthday.
